We met up with our friend, and director of the Harmons Cooking School, Caitlin Clementson, to experience a class on how to use knives. I know that you may be thinking, “How boring.” I have to admit at first I did too. I was really looking forward to the classes they offer on making seafood, steak or wine tasting. Instead we were offered a class on using knives and cutting up onions and peppers. But, we had a blast and will certainly be going back to take the other classes offered.
